I created this space because I needed it too.
Our world is shaking up, unearthing injustices, truth, and ________
AND
our healing is being called to the forefront.
Do you feel it?
Your body cannot help but to respond to the jarring nudges of____. But, we as black women are uniquely equipped for this landscape, we dun know how to armour up and push through to surthrive.
it is ingrained in us. As Caribbean Diaspora Women our lineage showed us how.
This is our power and our shadow. There's an unseen cost for US women holding it together. Untended armouring breeds an exhaustion, a soul fatigue. A sense of feeling off, but not being able to name it.
the Empress Project is my love movement for us. This is an invitation to reclaim your wholeness outside spaces built on whiteness.
Here, healing, culture, creativity, and ancestral wisdom meet — because liberation begins in our bodies, our stories, and our communities.

WE ARE:

Here We Choose
Theories that See Us. Healing Modalities that Support us
Born of Caribbean Heritage, living outside of our cultural home. The Caribbean Diaspora. Losing connection to our power keeps us stuck in cycles of doubt, fear, and burnout.
WE :
POSSESS A DISTINCT
STRENGTH,VERSATILITY & BOUNDLESS BEAUTY
