Because this work asks for presence and depth, I am not taking new coaching clients at this time. This isn't a closing. Its a tender pause. A choosing of slowness, and integrity.

Women just like you
come to me when they are weary of feeling burnt out, out of sorts, experiencing quarrelling & defensive as a default, worn by toxic workspaces questioning their belonging in spaces they've earned, defeated of dreams one step forward, ten steps back. And still in all of this surviving.
You see, we are raised not to break, to stand on our own two feet. We keep moving. We keep achieving. We keep holding. It tracks that over time, this weight shows up as cracks- subtle, cumulative, embodied. And when we crack, we armour up more.

And let me say, wholeness here isn't about becoming softer or stronger. Here wholeness means inhabitated, grounded, present, connected, love - even while navigating a hard world.
